DescriptionAD MEDELA, confectionery industry is founded in 1975 in Vrbas and operates in production of confectionery products. In its product portfolio, Medela has more than 70 different items.
The production facility has three product lines:
Production line for strudel and tea biscuits
Production line for wafers
Line for cocoa-coated products
Brand that Medela is known for, that exists for over 40 years, and stands out for its quality and exceptional nutritional profile is Strudel – soft sponge cake with fruit filling.
Aside from strudels, Medela is also producing wafers and tea biscuits. All our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, following the original recipes in tradition with production technology.
Medela has implemented Safety and Quality systems – ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP. In January 2015 we improved our Safety Management System by getting certificated according to FSSC 22000 scheme, tending to follow globa trends in Food Safety Management Systems and completing ultimate goal - HIGH QUALITY AND SAFE PRODUCTS.
